Qui...In stumbled on your title and read your piece. Quite engaging but flawed in logic due to contradiction.

One, you cannot disprove the existence of a character by landmarks. All the characters mentioned in the gospels - roman officials - , events like the revolts of Judas - were they true ?
I guess you need more reference as a scholar not just one you fancied that may have some disconnect with context.

Also, you highlighted Jesus as a man that instituted no religion or theology.

If you had studied his documentary by the gospels - by those who lived with him - his mission was to re-align men to God through faith in him. Not just postulating laws. When Jesus was quoted to have said , "I am the way, the truth and life ", that sounds to me like a statement that you need to refute. He claimed he was God and yet lived in the father - would you not consider that fundamental principle of the christian theology? Other theologies hang on that simple statement. And that to me is meta-theology !

Another person's understanding of theory of gravity does not negate the existence of gravity. Muggeridge might be a nice reference, but not exemplary for your argument.

You needed love higher than your understanding, and Jesus loves you indeed.

see http://justbyhisgrace.blogspot.comAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
